BOOKING POLICY
*All services require a non-refundable deposit in order to be confirmed. Once your appointment is approved you will receive further instructions on how to complete your booking. Deposit amount is subtracted from the service total. However, deposits will automatically convert into a fee (loss of deposit) when client violates any of the following policies:
*Clients running over 15 minutes late will lose deposit, resulting in extra payment for service total.
*Clients running over 30 minutes late will lose deposit, resulting in automatic cancellation.
*Clients who do not confirm their appointments within 8 hours of receiving the confirmation text will lose deposit, resulting in automatic cancellation.
*Clients who wish to reschedule their appointment must do so within 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment in order to transfer their deposit. (Only 1 deposit transfer is allowed when rescheduling)
